The People & Culture (PaC Department Employment Policy, Compensation and Systems (PACPC) is one of the Centers of Expertise in the PaC VPU (HRD). Its role is to design, develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs for staff and the contingent workforce in Washington, D.C. and over 130 country offices. The Mobility Benefits and Cross Cutting Themes team is responsible for designing, implementing, and engaging on HRDPC programs and processes that are cross cutting in nature and require significant engagement and change management leadership to implement. Recent examples of such work include the design and implementation of the policy, systems and change management platform of the new Telecommuting Emergency HR action, Hazard & Fragility Pay (HFP) in FCV locations and support to WB evacuations.
The Mobility Benefits and Cross Cutting Themes unit (PACMC) is responsible for the implementation of the Disability Steering Committee (SC) recommendations and the day-to-day administration of the Workers Compensation (WC) and Disability programs. The unit will play a critical role in ensuring these recommendations and implemented in a way to ensure staff duty of care while promoting strong program governance. In this role, the analyst will be required to work independently, under the supervision of the Manager or program designee, and HR specialists on specific tasks, to support program administration and excellence in delivery.
Duties & Accountabilities:
Triage cases from the case management tool to ensure prompt response and that service level agreements are met and a high level of duty of care to disabled staff. Support the HRDMC team on the day-to-day case management of the WC and Disability programs through the effective use of case management tools to respond to sensitive cases. Coordinate and collaborate with other units such as Pension, Payroll Service, Accounts Receivable, LARS and Resource Management to execute compliance with the Program and resolve issues that may raise. Engage with HR Business Partners, WC and Disability program participants with sensibility and high quality of work. Provide policy and processing clarification and guidance when needed to ensure compliance and consistent application. Support the awareness of WC and Disability program, training and ongoing maintenance of materials. Selection Criteria 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred including:
Superior time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent computer and database management skills, including knowledge of Bank database software packages and web-based information systems preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ServiceNow). Ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels and handle confidential/sensitive matters with discretion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High team spirit and commitment to work in a team-oriented and multi-cultural environment. Willingness to extend him/herself to meet deadlines and to learn. High degree of motivation, initiative, flexibility, and reliability.
