The Capital Management & Enterprise Risk (CRMCA) of the Corporate Risk Management Department (CRM) is the corporate oversight unit for operational risk management (ORM) in IFC. Its main role is to develop and implement processes and tools to identify, assess, monitor and report on operational risks inherent in IFCs operations, and thereby advise business process owners on how to effectively manage these risks. The unit also supports the business in defining and implementing solutions to address operational risk issues.
