Job Description:

Implement the Health and Nutrition Technical program according to project model: 5%
Responsible to track the indicators of the MEAL plan of the country strategy at community level: 5%
Responsible for the fidelity of the Model at community level: 5%
Use COMMCARE, MOTS, CMMAM tool for the implementation of the Health Technical Program: 5%
Coordinate the preparation of Health, Nutrition and HIV/AIDS projects plans and budgets within the cluster: 5%
Ensure availability of qualitative and quantitative Health, Nutrition and HIV/AIDS data and information for input into Horizon and CWBT report: 5%
Build capacity of Development Facilitators, volunteers, communities, Church and Government partners and other partners in Health, Nutrition, TB and HIV/AIDS issues: 5%
Attend all Community Health Workers (CHWs)/ Mothers Support Groups (MSGs) monthly meetings and provide a narrative report: 5%
Work closely with the Health facility Staff (CHW focal Points) to compile the HF6 Community Report: 5%
Work closely with the following community structures: Community Health Committee (COMMS) Citizens Voice and Action (CVA) and Faith leaders on Channels of Hope (CoH) to submit monthly/Quarterly report: 5%
Provide support to Community Health Workers (CHWs) and report any challenge with the Digital Health Technology(CommCare Solution: 5%
Attend all Community Health Workers (CHWs)/ Mothers Support Groups (MSGs) monthly meetings and provide a narrative report to the Development Facilitators: 5%
Work closely with the Health facility Staff (CHW focal Points) to compile the HF6 Community Report: 5%
Work closely with the following community structures: Community Health Committee (COMMS) Citizens Voice and Action (CVA) and Faith leaders on Channels of Hope (CoH) to submit monthly/Quarterly report: 5%
Participate to children (including RC and the most vulnerable) mapping and monitoring processes in communities to ensure participation of children (including RC and the most vulnerable) and their families in ADPs activities: 5%
Facilitate communication between RC and their sponsors and ensure that Sponsorship Key Performance indicators are met in the different Area Programmes: 5%
Participate to RC registering, monitoring and data processing for marketing:5%
Ensure implementation of Audit and Risk Assessment recommendations in Health, Nutrition and HIV/AIDS projects and their impact areas within the Area Programmes: 5%
Facilitate and report (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually) on Health, Nutrition and HIV/ AIDS activities, outputs and outcomes in ADPs communities:5%
Ensure representation of WV Area Programme office and Provincial events related to Health, Nutrition and HIV/AIDS where World Vision is invited and report on them to the programmes manager: 5%

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
Educational level required: Higher National diploma in Public/ Clinical/ Community health with 5 years of experience, BA /BSC Degree in Nursing, Nutrition, Public Health, or Community Health Management.
Technical Training qualifications required: Professional technical skill desired (certification in Health Emergency)
Experience: 3 years in development facilitation.
Experience in Health emergency
