International Rescue Committee (RESCUE) grundades 1933 p initiativ av Albert Einstein och r idag en internationell humanitr organisation med verksamhet i ver 40 lnder vrlden ver. I slutet av 2019 ppnade RESCUE kontor i Stockholm med mlet att skapa engagemang och ka kunskapen i Sverige om humanitra kriser och hur det drabbar mnniskor samt samla in medel frn allmnheten. Vi r fr nrvarande 12 anstllda p vrt kontor p Sdermalm i Stockholm och tre Face to Face insamlingsteam.
Efter att ha lanserat vr Face to Face-verksamhet i Sverige i oktober 2021 vill vi nu ta verksamheten till nsta niv. Rollen som F2F Manager spelar en viktig roll fr att bygga och utveckla vr privata givarbas och leverera p vr strategi i Sverige. Fr rtt person erbjuder denna roll en stor mjlighet att stta sin egen prgel p arbetet med att utveckla och vxa verksamheten. Som std finns ett internationellt team med unika erfarenheter som bidrar till nytnkande.
Vi sker dig som:
- Har flerrig erfarenhet av att leda ett F2F-program eller motsvarande verksamhet
- Har erfarenhet av att strategiskt utveckla och leda en expanderande verksamhet
- Har frmga att omstta strategi till handlingsplaner och leda den dagliga verksamheten
- r en inspirerande ledare som r duktig p att bygga relationer p alla niver i organisationen
- r sjlvgende och tar egna initiativ fr att lsa problem med gott omdme

Tjnsten r en tillsvidareanstllning med placering i Stockholm. Vi tillmpar sex mnaders provanstllning.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Your role
Having launched our Face to Face (F2F) business in Sweden in October 2021 we are now looking to take the business to the next level of growth and efficiency. The position plays an exciting and important role when it comes to building and developing our private donor base and delivering our sustainer led approach in Sweden. For the right person, this role offers a huge opportunity to grow the F2F programme.
Your task will be to improve, develop and run our F2F teams all over Sweden. You will be part of a growing team and will work closely with your fundraising colleagues in Sweden. You will also have the strong support of our global team of experts in the field. Together with them, you will continue to build a business that recruits regular, high-quality donors through, among other things, door knocking, street solicitation, commercial environments and events. The main focus is to recruit donors who will stay longer and do more for RESCUE.
You report to the Executive Director of RESCUE Sweden.
Examples of tasks
- Responsible for planning and delivery of the F2F budget
- Lead, inspire and train recruiters and train and develop team leaders and future role to fuel growth.
- Track F2F business goals and KPIs and analyze data to make the right decisions for growth, roi and quality.
- Work with personnel and leadership development
- Support the recruitment coordinator to ensure that staff recruitment, payroll and HR functions are performed efficiently.
- Plan and design methods to streamline F2F operations, to provide better results and long-term value for the organization.
Experience
- Several years of experience leading F2F teams or equivalent operations.
- Comfortable with analyzing data to evaluate and improve results.
- Experience of strategy development, being able to translate strategy into action plans and of expanding businesses.
- Experience in leading others and in managing HR issues.
Skills
- Good Swedish and English in both written and oral communication.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Excel.
- Is convenient to lead people at all levels of an organization.
- Is motivating and can set clear direction.
- Is self-motivated, takes own initiatives to solve problems and has good judgment.
Meritorious are:
- Experience leading F2F activities in the non-profit sector.
- Experience of management and HR responsibility
- Experience with Salesforce, in-depth data analysis and solicitation applications
QualificationsThe position is a permanent position with placement in Stockholm, we apply a six-month probationary period.
